What we collect

- Technical data — when you visit the site: IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed, via server logs and our hosting and security provider.
Why we use it and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and take pre-contract steps — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- To operate, secure and improve the website — our legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- To meet legal obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Hosting and processors
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes traffic to deliver and protect the site under a data-processing agreement. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
International transfers
Where a processor operates outside the European Economic Area, transfers are safeguarded by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, plus any statutory retention period, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing; and you can withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for us, the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen.
