Export Compliance
Last updated: 24 September 2026
AMPHOUR develops dual-use battery cells and systems. Some products, components and technical data may be subject to export controls, and we take compliance seriously.
Applicable controls
Our activities are conducted in line with the EU Dual-Use Regulation (EU) 2021/821, German foreign-trade law (AWG/AWV) administered by BAFA, and all applicable sanctions and embargo regimes.
Our commitment
- We screen orders, end-users and intended end-uses before delivery.
- We do not proceed where a transaction would breach export-control or sanctions law.
- We may require end-use and end-user documentation, and any necessary licences, before shipment.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete end-use and end-user information.
- Obtain any export, import or transfer licences required in your jurisdiction.
- Not re-export, divert or use products contrary to applicable controls, including prohibited military or weapons-of-mass-destruction end-uses.
Restricted-party screening
Counterparties are screened against applicable EU, UN and other restricted- and denied-party lists.
