An independent
German entity.

We tell you this before you have to ask. Amp-Hour operates as CELLOVATE GmbH — an independent German entity with separate branding, systems and data infrastructure from any affiliate.

The safest answer to “who else can see this?” is a structure where the question is already closed. One German entity, separated by design — so your program data has nowhere else to go.

CELLOVATE GmbH, independent and German-registered

Separation
Branding, systems and data separate from any affiliate

By contract and by system architecture
The entity

Separate by design, not by policy.

Amp-Hour is operated by CELLOVATE GmbH, an independent German-registered company in Aachen. It is the legal and operational home of every campaign we run — the entity your contract is with, the entity your cells are produced by, and the entity your data lives inside.

Separation is not a paragraph in a handbook. Branding, systems and data infrastructure are held apart from any affiliate, so customer IP, program data and production records never leave this entity — there is no shared drive, no common pipeline, no quiet exception.

  • Independent German-registered entity (CELLOVATE GmbH)
  • Registered in Aachen, under German jurisdiction
  • Separate branding, systems and data
  • Your contract, your cells, your data — in one place
Why it holds

Enforced two ways, so it holds.

A boundary that depends on goodwill fails the first time goodwill is expensive. Ours is enforced contractually and architecturally at the same time — the commitment and the plumbing agree — so the separation stands even under ownership change or commercial pressure.

Your competitor may share a hallway with someone we work with. They will never be in your data.
